The apartment has a living area and dining/kitchen area with washing machine.The living area has a corner sofa bed which converts into a double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom on the second floor with a double bed. The apartment is situated close to the ring road on a quiet residential street. It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop and supermarket and 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

It features a double bed and a sofa-bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small balcony with chairs and a table too.
