I am renting out my 82m2 house located in the island of Skopelos in Sporades. A 15-20 minutes’ wall to the sea . The house : One ground floor with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen , a dining area , a large bathroom and a spacious terrace facing the sea . Upstairs , a second terrace , a large room with 2 single beds . PLEASE NOTE : The house is accessible on foot via a paved path with a slight incline and has stairs, therefore not accessible to people with reduced mobility .

The turquoise sea waters, which stretch out only 15 meters from its enclosure, travel the mind and imagination! This comfortable two-room apartment is situated on the 1st floor, is 55 m² and accommodates up to 3 guests and an infant in a baby cot. Only 750m from the town in a beautiful surrounding . Private parking space.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.
