The local Koala community is on your doorstep and hand feeding the King parrots is a perfect way to start your day. The beach is a gentle 5 minute stroll away, sunrise is breathtaking from here, or lie in and let the rolling hills greet you in the morning.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

We now have wifi available including Netflix. ( no downloads possible due to limited access data) The advertised rate is for a minimum of 2 nights. Please check calendar for single night availability. The spa is no longer in service.
