1 bedroom self contained bungalow. The property is attached to our home but is independent and accessed only by the guests. No facilities are shared. The living room has a wood burning stove, a full HD projector and retro arcade console. Outside decking is private to enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Kitchen comes fully equipped with a 5 hob electric cooker, oven, fridge freezer as well as a microwave. The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. Spacious cabin beside the sea

Situated in the township of Braes, only a 15 minute drive from Portree, our cabin 'moonen' overlooks the Sound of Raasay. It sits on the sea side of an old church building, near the shoreline. It is peaceful here and a haven for wildlife. You can sometimes see whales and dolphins from your window and seals and otters on the nearby shore. Roe deer, sea eagles and buzzards are a common sight too. Enjoy beautiful views over to the Island of Raasay from both the bedroom and living area.

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. Small but well formed- the pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters. Beautiful setting by the sea. 10 minute drive from Portree. Close to local bus route. Plenty of local wildlife to sit and observe. Within walking distance of local hotel, for evening meals or drinks at the bar. Outside area with seating provided to enjoy. We now have WiFi available to guests.
