It is furnished with two terraces overlooking the Bay of Boka Kotorska, the marina and the old town.

If you arrive by bus, it's a 15-minute walk to our place. There is also a local bus nearby, which offers transport to Perast and Risan for €2.

Kiki apartment is situated in newly built stone house and is ready to accommodate guests for the first time. House has been constructed in accordance with heritage protection regulations. Located in Skaljari, with charming surrounding and nice neighborhood, it is still on walking distance from Kotor Old Town, public beach, bus stop, stores and bakeries. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
