Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Αυτό που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε είναι ότι εδώ θα έχετε την απόλυτη ελευθερία και ιδιωτικότητα σε ένα κτήμα 24στρ., σε απόσταση 1χλμ από την παραλία Παχύς. Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.

The house is located in Limenaria, the second largest village in Thassos and a picturesque tourist resort. It is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood and is only a 5 min. walk away from the nearest beach. The rooms are spacious and sunny, with large balconies and terraces where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains and the nearby village.
