SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Annousa's Ostria Studio with terrace & lovely view

Ostria is a spacious 2-person studio with a double king-size bed that can also accommodate a cot for an infant. The kitchen has double electric induction hot-plates, fridge, toaster and kettle, cutlery and cookware, and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee! Bathroom with walk-in shower. Smart TV. Private parking. The view from its private patio in the garden looks westward towards the sea, northward and southward to the beautiful hillsides which cradle the village.

Γεια σας φίλοι μου! Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

2 δωματια πληρη (με WC το καθενα) σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024. Στα μπαλκονια υπαρχουν τεντες για σκιαση.

SeaShell 2 Apartment

"Seashell2” is a 46 sq.m. apartment in Skala Maries village of Thassos. It is located in the heart of the village and 50-60 m away from the main beach. In a very close distance there is a super market, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop. There is also easy parking near the apartment. In addition, at a very short distance (150-200 m.) there is easy access to two more beaches of the village. We are at your disposal for information and any serve you want.

Modern beachfront ground floor apartment (90 m2) with large shaded terraces and a private garden with direct access to the beach. The interior spaces are bright and tastefully decorated in tones of white. There are two bedrooms with double king size beds and two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space area with amazing sea views. The house is located in the middle of the village, so mini market, bakery and farmacy is near the house. The sea is at 150 m.
