Wonderful two-storey stone house

This two-storey stone house-villa is located at the beautiful second leg of Chalkidiki, in the peaceful old village of Nikiti. It is a perfect place for any type of vacation, both during summer or winter time, restored with a lot of love and decorated with an eye for detail. This house has two separate entrances, front and back, while access to the upper floor is also available through the outside ladder. Each floor is 100 sq.m. big. On the ground floor you will find a luxury lounge (with a fireplace and a big and comfortable sofa) and a spacious kitchen equipped with a big 8 seat wooden table), a beautiful Moroccan style bathroom and a small storeroom. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has its own style, painted in different colors and every bedroom has its own fireplace. Two of the bedrooms have a king-size bed, the third has a queen-size bed and the forth a single bed. Every bed comes with an A-class mattress. In two of the four bedrooms there are spacious closets. The house is also equipped with two TV sets (one in the lounge room and the other in one of the king-size bed bedrooms), an oven, a dish washer and a refrigerator. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The house is surrounded by two amazing gardens. At the back, to the north, there is a small beautiful garden ideal for a morning coffee. The large front garden (about 250 sq.m.) is landscaped in two levels, where you can have your barbeque on the stylish table under the tent. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath is perfect for a group of 4 to get away and forget the world. Enjoy multiple balconies with unique breathtaking views of the Diaporos islands and Mt. Athos. There is a private little beach at the bottom of the hill that is pebble (warning it is a little bit of a hike). Home is equipped with a kitchen, living room, and dining room. The two level house (30 meters from the sea) consists of a nicely decorated living room with WC, that leads to a fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the garden for outdoor dining. On the first level, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with their own balcony, one of which has a magnificent view of the sea. The house has stone floors which makes it cool,especially during the summer! It has also an outside douche, kiosk and barbeque. The house is part of a complex called Kallidendro.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. The origin part above of the road and the new part below of the road. The weekly market takes place every Friday on the parallel street to the main road. Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.
