Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

The house is located in an idyllic place at the bottom of a mountain full of pine trees and just 500 m far from the beach. The house is in a priviledged location only 1 min away from super markets , ATM, beach bars, restaurants, cafe bars, pizzerias, car and boat renting agencies. In a short distance far from the house (only a few minutes away) you can find some of the most famous beaches in Sithonia like: Armenistis, Kavourotrypes, Trani Ammouda, Talgo, Lacara, and many more.

The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Το σπίτι μας είναι 105 τ.μ. τριών υπνοδωματίων, εκ των οποίων το ένα είναι σοφίτα με ενα διπλό κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα & πλυντήριο ρούχων καθώς και κήπο 850 τ.μ με μπάρμπεκιου. Υπάρχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία της Τορώνης, η οποία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300μ.
