This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. The bathroom has a double headed shower, perfect for two people to enjoy a shower together. The bathroom is equipped with biological and environmentally friendly shampoos, soap and cream. There is also ample storage for your personal items. Luxuriously soft and fluffy hotel quality towels are provided along with a special suite Dreams bathrobe. Avec une exposition traversante d’Est en Ouest vous pouvez profiter de ses 3 terrasses toute la journée Il dispose de toute le confort et d’une climatisation réversible non apparente, qui est nettoyée 2 fois par an avec changement des filtres. Logement totalement indépendant situé au 3ème et 4ème étage (Atico 3) sans ascenseur dans un immeuble du village de la zone piétonnière.
