Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan hier heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

Il se trouve au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur situé aux pieds de la Basilique et à proximité de plusieurs commerces (épiceries, boulangeries, pharmacies,...). Vous trouverez un arrêt de tram au coin de la rue et le métro le plus proche (Simonis) vous emmènera au centre ville en 10 minutes. Vous pouvez aussi facilement garer votre voiture dans le quartier.
