Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Our updated and heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

The Russian Princess Historic Home

Historic 1883 Victorian home on the main street of downtown Silverton with long driveway to park truck/trailer or several cars. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere for the rest of your stay. Located less than a mile from downtown and Fort Lewis College, you can work and play from this convenient location. Everything you’ll need for a great stay is here. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Silverton Hillside Cottage

Come fall in love with Silverton while staying at this lovingly cared for piece of history. Built in 1907 this home has a great story and is truly a home away from home. Silverton Hillside Cottage is the perfect place to get away and relax. From sitting on the deck in the large and lush yard to relaxing with a book by the pellet stove or escaping reality in the original claw foot tub you will be glad you chose to stay at our home.

Empire House

With the Empire house you get the best of both worlds, an updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does! There is an enclosed outside patio area with gas grill. Come to Silverton and enjoy the views!!!!!
