Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Enjoy the art and unique music he has collected. You will be right in the heart of town and walk to dinner, music, shopping and local trails just like a Silvertonian! Silverton’s beautiful Carnegie library and children’s playground is right across the street. Dogs are welcome!

There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Altitude Adjustment

A brand new build - finished in May 2019. Three bedrooms, two baths, in a residential neighborhood in the town of Silverton. Some of the best views of Kendall Mountain. The Altitude Adjustment has a huge yard, fire pit, RV parking and plug-in, granite kitchen counters, laminate floors, and TV's through the house and in each bedroom. Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.

Nestled in an aspen forest with picturesque views of the iconic San Juan mountains, this charming mountain cabin is the perfect place to get away from it all, yet it is less than 5 miles from the heart of Telluride and only 3 miles to the Mountain Village parking garage with ski-in/ski-out access and a free gondola that drops you right into Telluride.
