There's a BBQ & a private balcony overlooking the city with ample onsite parking in a quiet, convenient & safe neighborhood only minutes to downtown Vernon. We are less than a 10 minute walking distance to the hospital & less than a 10 min drive to Okanagan & Kalamalka lakes & 25 min drive to Silver Star & 30 min to Kelowna Int'l Airport.

Amenites include: keyless entry, wifi, lots of movies & board games provided. As this is a basement suite and we live upstairs, you will hear us and our dogs at times.

Silver star is about 25 min away. The location is deal for a quiet getaway while still being close to amenities and attractions.

The area boast natural beauty with lake and mountain views, hiking, swimming, boating as well as 2 pools, 3 hot tubs (pool and hot tub are open seasonally from May 1st to October 1st) tennis courts, mini golf and more. Our 3 bedroom fully equipped home is all yours to enjoy. If you enjoy ATV riding or down hill mountain biking you have direct access to a large network of trails directly from the home

Amazing ski in/out access for families-Bear's Den

Located at the top of the Silver Queen lift, this ski in/out location is perfectly set up to get the most out of a family ski trip. Walk mildly uphill beside the house for 20 feet and you can put on your skis and get right to the best runs, or stay on the beginner hill. The chalet is easy walking distance to tube town and the skating pond. Relax in the hot tub at the end of the day, or walk to the village for shopping or dining. Hot tub does not run in the summer.
