This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Our place is located a half mile from Letchworth State Park! The Letchworth Pines is also nearby and offers dine in, takeout, bowling and an arcade. The Charcoal Corral is about 10 miles away and has a variety of foods, large ice cream shop, putt putt golf, arcade and drive in movies. For our winter guests, Swain Ski Resort is 14 miles from our place.
