The quaint 2-bedroom, 1-bath 'Serenity' cabin is great for nature-loving families and small groups, nestled on Lake Superior's shoreline. Large picture windows and skylights allow natural light in while the deck provides panoramic lake views for miles. In the warmer months, hike, bike, or rock climb at Temperance River and Tettegouche State Parks. During wintertime, head to Lutsen Mountain for skiing and snow sports!

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

The interior has been newly renovated to include modern fixtures and finishes to an open floor plan that maximizes the breathtaking views of Lake Superior. Stay in the only luxury wooden yurt on Minnesota's North Shore. Our yurt is perched on the rocky shoreline of Lake Superior. Walk the trails to the ledge rock. The yurt itself is open and calming. A well equipped kitchen and walk-in glass shower enhance your stay. Beds include a full bed in the bedroom and two twin beds in the loft. Adults only. The lodging yurt is near the caretaker yurt which features a small studio for free private yoga which can be arranged in advance.
