The Tropical Flower Lodge sits at the foothills of Mt Bartle Frere, surrounded by lush rainforest and vibrant tropical gardens. Our property is also a working flower farm, home to a wide variety of Heliconias and Gingers. The lodge is completely self‑sustaining. Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. Modern Beach Shack | Escape for Two W/ Pool

Located in a sleepy little beach town that time forgot. Where ancient palms shade your path and prehistoric creatures still roam the land. The slow monday sits on the edge of protected forest (a cassowary corridor) just a stroll from the beach. A modern take on the classic Australian beach shack, the house is designed for the Queensland tropics. There are two pavilions, one for living and the other for sleeping, all with large glass sliding doors that open up to let the environment in.

Mena Creek Flower House, "The Birdsnest"

Set on 40 Private acres, "The Birdsnest" is our modern air-cond smaller cabin. It is open plan living/bedroom with q/size bed and sofa that converts to double bed for extra guests. Seperate bathroom and undercover large deck with stunning rural views. Private river safe swimming hole. Free wifi, flat screen TV. We do have 2 other cabins on the property to accommodate larger families or groups. 7mins from Paronella Park. Due to Covid 19 we are no longer providing breakfast.

Bingil Bay Getaway

Adjoined by rainforest, our place is handily positioned between beautiful Bingil Bay Beach (200m) and the wonderful Bingil Bay Café (200m). The accommodation is the bottom part of a large Queenslander house with access to the pool and extensive gardens. With its own access and carport you are completely self sufficient but we are available to lend you bicycles or point you to the walking tracks. Be active or do nothing, we are private but not remote.

Beachside Retro shack

This rare find is a fully self-contained beach shack with heaps of character on a large private block. Just a 100 meter stroll to beautiful South Mission Beach and close access to coastal walking tracks and rainforest trails. Our simple, comfy retro shack has everything you need for a chilled out beachside stay. You can even bring your boat, there's plenty of room for a boat trailer on our block and river and beach boat ramps close by.

Rainforest Cabin

Cosy self-contained cabin set amongst the rainforest. Close to bike path/walkway, pizzeria and laundromat. 2 minute drive to the Supermarket and Bottle Shop. Complimentary tea/coffee provided. Our place would suit couples, small families and single travellers. Please read the listing and house rules before booking :)

Balinese style studio.

Fully Private self contained Balinese style room, only 2 minutes walk to beach. Hosts would cook your perfect dinner subject to certain conditions. Privacy assured or welcome to join us at best bar in Bingil Bay. (BYO) Please note that bookings can only be accepted maximum of four months in advance.

The Railway House

The Railway House is the last remaining house from the Tully station. Moved to Innisfail & renovated to back to a gracious Queenslander. Walking distance to town & a street from the majestic river. Wrapped by beautiful verandahs. A very comfortable & relaxed tropical environment.

`Kurrimine Beach holiday @ Tindara cottage

An entire and fully refurbished self contained historical 1930's masonry block cottage. Opposite beach, boat ramp and park land. Great waterfront views to King Reef. Stinger enclosure is erected and maintained during Stinger season by the Regional Council.
