Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα άνετο ευρύχωρο χώρο με σαλόνι και πλήρης κουζίνα. Έχει τη δυνατότητα να φιλοξενήσει ακόμα και επτά επιβάτες. Kavos is a familiar beachfront property with a pool, a snack bar & a yoga area added this year for our guests! The house includes 2 separated bedrooms, living-room area with 2 sofa-beds, kitchen with large table, 2 bathrooms with shower , a/c, tv & large patios around with a sofa, sunchairs & amazing sea views across Crisopigi, Faros, Fasolou & the islands on the south of Sifnos! The beach is 1 minutes on foot from the house! We also offer free wifi access, parking area and every day cleaning.

Authentic sifnian house

The house is in the village of Artemonas, which is famous for its old, authentic big properties of the island. A parking place is at a distance of 150 mts. of the house. It is close to the main square of the village and the bus station. Bakery and supermarket are also around as well as typical restaurants. The sea is accessible by bus at a distance of 20 to 60 min. Apollonia is the town for night life with bars and restaurants. At Sifnos one can enjoy trekking, beaches and beautiful nature.

This lovingly restored traditional Sifnos house is a tranquil gateway a stone throws away from the centre of Artemonas (450m) and a kilometre away from the centre of Apollonia. On the outskirts of the St Luke's settlement it has uninterrupted views of the fields as well as the sea on the side. Giving you the opportunity to sit and relax in the garden while still making it easy to explore Sifnos.

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
