The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

Well equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine. Use of indoor swimming pool and outdoor Hydropool hot tub. Private garden with rattan furniture. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

Walk to Chatsworth House (3 miles) across the fields following the River Derwent. The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Bredon is ideally located for Malvern, Cheltenham and the Racecourse, Worcester and the rest of the Cotswolds. The Owners live in the Manor House so are at hand for any questions.

A charming lodge, log burner and incredible views

The Kasbah is a unique lodge that sleeps up to 4. It’s completely private and set in the lower field of our home. Parking is available outside the lodge. My husband and I are on hand for any requirements you might have, whilst respecting your privacy at all times. Beautiful walks and great pubs. Pool heated and open from 1st MAY to end of AUGUST. There is a TV and a large collection of DVD’s. WiFi accessed through 4G. Sauna available at separate cost.

The Chapel - A Hidden Gem with Private Pool & Bar

The Chapel is set in a tranquil rural location in the heart of Staffordshire’s countryside. The property is ideal for family and friends to relax and enjoy the Pool and Sauna and then finish off cocktails at the bar and then snuggle up and watch a movie. The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.
