There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Relax and enjoy a classic English "Shepherds hut", set in a private garden overlooking the Shotover river with Mountain views. Located at historic "Arthur's point". 8 minutes to Queenstown central & 2 minutes to Coronet ski field base. Our "Shepherds hut" cooking facilities, wood fireplace, tv screen for dvd's(no WiFi), books for entertainment and homegrown walnuts to crack. Soak in the outdoor bath. Two bikes provided and a gold pan to take down to the river.

Private, warm, sunny studio in Kelvin Heights with panoramic views over Lake Whakatipu, snow capped mountains and Deer Park. The studio features underfloor heating, a plush Queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining table and Netflix. Every window is a postcard. We are just 3km from the airport, Remarkables Park shopping centre, and the Remarkables skifield access road, as well as being a short stroll to the lake and Queenstown trails.

Our Guest Studio is located high up in Arthurs Point overlooking the valley below, with magnificent, unobstructed views over mountains and towards Coronet Peak. Breakfast ( homemade bread) is included. Spacious room, with kitchenette, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle + Sink. No hobs for cooking. Private patio. Quiet, idyllic, with lots of sunshine! 5min drive to Qtown. 15min to Arrowtown. Car parking on premises.
