胡乱座（ウロンザ）の家屋は1897年（明治30年）に建てられました。 京町家と呼ばれる伝統家屋です。 2007年に文化財登録されました。 125年以上前の自然環境や生活習慣や文化に合わせて建てられた建物です。 つまり現代の気候や生活習慣や考え方とは合わない部分が多いです。 失われていく建物に滞在することで、お客様自身が(伝統家屋の「良さ」「悪さ」も含め)見て、触れて、感じて、考える体験型のゲストハウスです。 快適で便利で充実したサービスを求める人には不向きです。 そして静かに過ごしたい人のためのゲストハウスです。
 一般的な宿と違いハウスルールが多いです。
マナーにも厳しいです。 にぎやかに過ごしたい人や、お喋りを楽しみたい人などには不向きです。 コンセプトによりエアコンは設置していません。 夏の暑さや冬の寒さに弱い人にはお勧めしません。 静かに落ち着いた時間を大切にしたい人には好まれます。 1人で運営しているため毎日閉館時間があります(昼12時〜午後4時)。 設備やハウスルールをご同意してからご予約をお願いします。　 非日常となった空間で様々なことを感じて考えてみて下さい。

You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

Kyokoi·Hanare A renovated century-old Kyoto machiya preserving its original wooden beams and a beautiful garden. Guests enter through a stone corridor into a high-ceilinged hall showing classic Japanese style. The 2nd-floor suite features a tatami tea-bedroom, hinoki bathtub, and floor heating.
