The Little Red Barn @Three Acre Woods

This is our little glamping barn! There is electricity and the covered patio has a small fridge, microwave, camp stove, and bbq grill. No running water inside. Living room and one bedroom with a queen bed on the first level. The loft has a full bed and room for a sleeping bag or two for more guests. An out house and outdoor shower. I have added an Arctic Ice cooler for hot nights! But no AC. There is a nice fire pit, playground, and goats to play with! Warning: The cats love to visit!

We are offering our guesthouse for our home and it is set on 20 acres of rolling hills. This is a farm-like setting with free-range chickens, barn cats, and couple of dogs. This unique property offers a country feel while being close to the Twin Cities. You will have about 800 sq. ft. to relax in or sit out by a campfire, enjoy a walking trail, or rest in a hammock. All this is a 10 minutes drive from Cabela's, the Outlet Mall in Albertville, and Hillside mountain bike trails in Elk River.

This is a small place on a septic system. Not far from Annandale or Maple Lake . 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
