This 2 bedroom apartment has a beautiful view, it feels like you are on the ocean. “The photos don’t do the view justice” The apartment is spacious and one thing is for sure; everything works. outdoor area is lovely for a braai/bbq. It is a 200 meter walk to the main margate beach and if you like fishing this is the place to be. It is a neat and tidy apartment with panoramic ocean views. It is situated on the fifteenth hole of the Southbroom golf course, 120 m from the beach, and 500 m from the famous Granny's Tidal Pool. We have recently added a 3rd room & we can now easily accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. We also now have a main kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.
