Guests have full access to the Pickle and Bocce ball courts on the property. We are only minutes away from multiple well-known wineries.

It is a quick stroll to Avila Beach and we have some beach essentials for your use. The town has great walkable restaurants, wine/beer bars + shopping. The area is well-known for its ocean + hiking adventures - we’ll share our favorites! Parking for two cars on-site.

Outside you will find a cozy oasis with lounge sofa, dining table, umbrella and bbq grill. The condo comes with two rare and desirable off-street parking spots. You can walk to the beach, the restaurants, bars, shops and everything you came to Pismo to enjoy.

With a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and outdoor patio with bbq and propane fire pit this is the perfect place for your relaxing Central Coast getaway.

The country meets the sea in this laid-back, picturesque surf town. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets with sweeping views, then stargaze next to your cozy firepit. Explore trails along citrus groves and vineyards, and visit neighborly farm animals. We’re a short 5 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly campus, and less than 10 miles to Pismo Beach, hikes and wineries!

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
