Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

The studio has its own entrance; underfloor heating; bedroom with king-sized bed; (power) shower room with toilet; living room/kitchenette with dining room table, smart TV and king-size wallbed; use of the garden & plentiful free road-side parking. Bus routes (95 & 52) run every 10 minutes to the universities, city centre and train station. Taxis from the station are approx. £6-£8. The Peak District is 15 minutes away by car.
