This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Our lovely home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe neighborhood is minutes from Mall of America, the Eagan Outlet Mall and both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
