This lovelly Villa is located in Santa Ponça (Calvià), in a high standing neighbourhood. It has around 1200m2 of plot. Of wich around 400m2 are construted + a 200m2 of terraces. A big swimming pool is also available to enjoy in the garden. It's perfect for families (also for more than one family) and groups. The house is very close to the sea, in the middle to fantastic points. At one side you have the beach (550m), and at the other, there're the Malgats islands with amazing views (600m).

We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.
