Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Tholos Guest House

Το “Tholos” guest house βρίσκεται στην βόρεια πλευρά της Σίφνου. Ένα ολοκαίνουργιο σπίτι (έτος 2021) συνδυάζει την παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική με μοντέρνες νότες. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι τέσσερα άτομα καθώς διαθέτει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 μονά. Το “Tholos” guest house διαθέτει μια όμορφη μεγάλη παραδοσιακή αυλή που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του απέραντου γαλάζιου. Μερικές από τις ομορφότερες παραλίες του νησιού (Χερόνησσος, Βρουλίδια) απέχουν μόλις 2 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από το σπίτι.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το μπάνιο, το καθιστικό και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα μικρό υπνοδωμάτιο και σκιασμένη βεράντα.

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Hello. The house is an eco-mini house with stone . I has a very smart design to fit two people with a luggage .The upper bed is double and the floor bed single so it is suitable also for a couple. Of course the house is small but is very cozy. It is very well located, 150m from the main beach and 700m from the port. The house has been rated hi by young people because of its style and balcony on the garden, rated lower from older people looking for comfort and size.
