It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

I tre ambienti sono accessibili da porte esterne, su veranda privata con vista. La casa è proprio sopra la piscina condivisa con le altre case del complesso con una vista mozzafiato.
