Anemos House

Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Ένα παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι 55μ2 το οποίο βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στο κύμα, στην παραλία του Βαθιού της Σίφνου. Είναι κατάλληλο για να φιλοξενήσει έως 6 άτομα και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο έτσι ώστε να κάνει την διαμονή σας, ξεκούραστη και άνετη. Το μεγάλο του πλεονέκτημα είναι η άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία και η απεριόριστη θέα από τα δύο του υπνοδωμάτια και την αυλή. Είναι ιδανικό για ξένοιαστες διακοπές για οικογένειες με παιδιά καθώς και για ζευγάρια που επιζητούν την ηρεμία.

Beach house in Serifos

Traditional island house on the beach. Located in a complex, on the quiet beach "Karavi", a short distance from the port (13 ' on foot). The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

Serifos Traditional House 1

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

My house is a small (12 sqm) stone-built house, on top of the old and well-preserved capital of Serifos, named Chora. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"
