Είναι ένα ανακαινισμένο κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι το οποίο βρίσκεται στον Κένταρχο ή Καλλίτσο. Περίπου 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λειβάδι, λιμάνι του νησιού και 12,5 χιλιόμετρα από τη Χώρα. Σε μικρή απόσταση από φημισμένες παραλίες του νησιού. ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΗ ΠΡΟΥΠΟΘΕΣΗ να έχετε μεταφορικό μέσον. Το σπίτι είναι προσβάσιμο από δύο διαδρομές , από τη μία θα χρειαστεί να ανέβετε 50 σκαλοπάτια μέτριας δυσκολίας και από την άλλη θα χρειαστεί να κατεβείτε λίγο περισσότερα σκαλοπάτια για να φτάσετε.

The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).
