The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Our beloved family beach house is in the heart of this stunning harbour village. It's a five minute walk to a long sandy surf beach, local pub, beach-front restaurant, and it links to the famous Cornish coastal walking path. It is ideally located for easy summer holidays of surfing, fishing and walking, and comes with wetsuits, surf boards and bodyboards and SUP board. The master bedroom and living area have ocean views, and in winter you can watch the waves rolling in by the wood-burning stove.

Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

The living/dining/kitchen area is airy and spacious with a large panoramic window which can be opened fully. Try putting the dining table in front of the window and enjoy a delightful scenic meal. If its cold, the triple glazing helps keep it warm and the underfloor heating and roaring wood-burner helps complete the picture.
