It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. We do not host work crews.

The Cottage

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

This home comes equipped with a hot tub, full-sized dock, four kayaks (see Adtl Rules), and a lily pad. Life vests are supplied in a variety of sizes for your safety. There is a small sandy beach for easy access to walk into the lake. This quiet cove is perfect for swimming around the dock. Don't miss out on this special location!
