The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Unatoč centralnoj lokaciji, kuća se nalazi u mirnom dijelu, samo 3 minute hoda od plaže. Okružena zelenilom, idealna je za grupe do 9 osoba, obitelji i prijatelje (s manjim kućnim ljubimcima). Nudi prekrasan pogled na more, grijani jacuzzi, vrt s roštiljem, natkrivenu terasu i vanjsku kuhinju. Tu su i mreža za ležanje, ležaljke, dječja oprema, Wi-Fi, smart TV, klima u svim prostorijama, biljar, pikado i radni kutak. Uključena su i dva privatna parkirna mjesta.

Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
