Die moderne Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg/Anif. Sie bietet mit 72 m2 genug Platz für 4 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit Küche, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. This cozy apartment is located in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Neutor, the gateway to Salzburg’s historic old town. It was largely newly furnished 2 years ago with great attention to detail, ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Thanks to the electronic Nuki locks, check-in is very easy. You can check yourself in at any time after 3:00 pm.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock unseres Hauses aus dem 19. Jhdt. und wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Sie ist für 1-2 Gäste buchbar (Babybett bzw. Zusatzbett möglich) und verfügt über eine geräumige große und komplett eingerichtete Küche (Wohn-/Essraum mit Kabel-TV) und ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Der Balkon beim Schlafzimmer ist klein aber fein!
