Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Grandma's LBI House

Bring the whole family to this spacious house on the beach block in Barnegat Light. There are both spaces to be by yourself and read a book and spaces to gather together and eat, talk, play games or watch movies. Outside, you can take the short walk a half block to the dunes and beach. Or walk a few blocks to the township park and playground, Barnegat Lighthouse, and shops and restaurants. Everything is here for you to come and relax!
