With our long private driveway and the serene pond in the backyard, you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Recently remodeled, the apartment exudes a cozy camp vibe with wide yellow pine walls, hidden doors, and beautiful views of the lake.

Canoodlin is the last point of land before the “big lake” and offers something for everyone with loon calls, fire pit, hammocks, hikes, fishing, canoeing, SUP, swimming and just taking in the beautiful sunset and views of Borestone from the well appointed, private cabin. 2 private master bedrooms, each with its own full bath, have king or twin beds. Gas fireplace, range, oven and BBQ, plus dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer/dryer, linens/towels, and basic essentials are provided.

Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond

Lakefront cottage on 47 acre Tracy pond. The pond has no public access so it is quiet with only my home and another Air BnB on site. You share the backyard with my home. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons.
