Cozy cottage style home in quiet neighborhood of Long Beach (behind another home/disconnected duplex). Newly renovated with calm rustic feel. Comes with patio and alley-parking spot (small-medium vehicles) and private entrance. Located 33 miles from LAX and 3 miles from Long Beach airport. Near Traffic Circle shopping center, close to downtown eateries and beach. Walking distance to fun bars. Dog fee for additional $10/day charged separately upon checking in. Unfortunately cats are not allowed.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Nearby dog beach where you can take your furry friend off-leash. 30min to Disneyland, 10min from the Grand Prix/Long Beach Convention Center, 1min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the canals. Over 50 restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk radius.

This nonsmoking and bright 250 sqft Craftsman studio is located 1 block from the beach. It is close to the Art District, Convention Center, The Queen Mary, Restaurant & bar.
