Located on the beautiful south shore of PEI on the ocean. It is a cozy and comfortable new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. Wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 -queen , bedroom 2- queen , bedroom 3 - single and 2 doubles. TV (50 inch) is located in the open concept living area. Also, TVs are in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean with BBQ and deck furniture. Air conditioned.

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Angela's Cottage by the Sea

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Relax and enjoy watching from your second floor patio, the sun coming up over the water or watch it go down over Charlottetown. Our two bedroom beachy apartment is registered with PEI tourism and we look forward to sharing our little piece of paradise with you.
