The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

In The Broads National Park, close to the North Norfolk Coast, ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers & anyone wanting peace.

Enjoy the best of the Norfolk Broads in comfort. A newly converted 1 bedroom apartment, offers modern living space within easy walking distance of Wroxham and the beautiful waterfront. Visit the famous “Roy’s” and Bewilderwood (3 min) or enjoy a drink watching the boat go by. The apartment offers ground floor, single level facilities including low profile shower. A king size bed and 2x single sofa beds + travel cot. Just minutes walk to bus and trains for easy access to the whole of Norfolk.

Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Little Bengate Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub. The cottage also benefits from a new Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage and can be booked for private use.

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

This little barn has the luxury of home from home features ensuring you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.
