It is a private vacation home in Wisconsin’s scenic Green Bay area, made comfortable year-round by air conditioning and heating, and extra cozy in winter by the wood-burning fireplace. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.
