Take a tour of the top-notch thoroughbred farms, go on the Bourbon Trail adventure, explore the Ky horse park, catch a race at Keeneland (April & October), or venture out to Churchill downs or the Ark Encounter. Oh, and just so you know, we love dogs! Additionally, we provide horse boarding and even massage therapy for an extra fee.

Come in after a day out and kick back and relax on the patio. Grill and plenty of seating for everyone. You will be able to get a good nights rest in our cozy beds or relax in the living room on comfy reclining couches. Theres cable and internet. Games and coloring books for the kids. Its home away from home. There is a basket in the bathroom fixed with items you may have forgotten to pack. There is also a basket in the kitchen with a few snacks for the kids or even a few for the adults.

*Bottle feed a baby lamb if you stay in March - May! Our solar farm lies in the heart of the bluegrass! We live near: Old Friends Farm, the KY Horse Park, and 35 minutes from UK, Keeneland, The Ark, and 5 distilleries. We live on a small 6 acre farm with cows, sheep, goats, & chickens. Drop by the barn and meet & feed the sheep and goats! You also can watch a movie with them with the little "theater" in the barn. Our house is pretty much a duplex--two houses under one roof, both separate.

Our 2nd AirBnB cabin on the property has given us the experience to make this one great too! Rural, clean, and peaceful! Our cabin has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and the upstairs one with a queen and two twins. It has a full kitchen, full bathroom, fire pit and outdoor grills. Perfect for two couples, friends, or small families. The Ark Encounter and Kentucky Horse Park are 20min away. The Creation Museum is 45min away. A great place to relax between visits to these attractions!

Buffalo Springs Distilling Company

It’s recently been brought to our attention about Airbnb scams! Please reserve with us or someone else that has a history! The Bourbon Trail The Buffalo Springs Distilling Company got it's start in 1868. It closed and it's warehouses were emptied out by the 1970's. This building is one of the last structures left on the site. This historic building was the main office and gatehouse for visitors to the distillery, so we can offer one Queen sized bedroom due to the size of the structure.
