The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Stylish modern annex with private access and entire use of the space. The space itself has one bedroom with a king size bed, cosy seating/eating area, bathroom with bath and shower. There is plenty of parking space to the front.

Relax & Unwind in THE HUT, a Unique Experience

If you are animal lovers, come and have cuddles with all out free-range pets. We have super friendly sheep, pygmy goats, cats & dogs that will come and say hi during your stay. We are only 2 miles off the A30 so easy to reach all those hidden gems. St Ives is only 30 mins away. If you prefer public transport, we have a bus stop near so you can enjoy taking in the Cornish scenery. The local village of St Day is only a 10 minute walk away and includes 2 general stores & 2 pubs.

Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.
