The accommodation is fully equipped for a pleasant one-day or multi-day stay, it has its own private multiple parking spaces on the plot, a large yard, terrace, lawn. It is located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by car from the city center or 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Lake Jarun. The tram station is 3 minutes away, connecting all parts of the city with direct lines.

Smjesten je 5 minuta voznje od aerodroma i par minuta od svih bitnih sadrzaja (bazen, dućani, muzej, šetnice, stadion, nogometni teren...). Pogodno je za boravak obitelji s malom djecom. Apartman kao stan se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, dvije sobe, kuhinje, kupaonice i terase sa svim sadržajima.
