The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.
