It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Sie wohnen in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in einem sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Zimmer. Sie wohnen alleine. Sie können am Abend gemütlich im Freien sitzen und ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Haus wo Sie sich Essen kochen oder wärmen können. Mikro, Kochplatte und Geschirr ist vorhanden. In nur wenigen Schritten erreichen Sie die Bahn ( S60 ) , mit der Sie in 12 Minuten am Wiener Hauptbahnhof sind. Es gibt auch vor der Tür eine Busstation nach Schwechat, gratis Fahrrad

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
