Step into the past amid modern luxury in this apartment set in a revitalized old building from 1895. The residence features wood flooring and decor, touches of color amid neutral tones, a slight mid-century modern aesthetic, and an outdoor lounge space. In our luxurious apartment at the Federal Administrative Court you live in the heart of Leipzig. The apartment is the ideal apartment for singles or couples. It is an elaborately renovated old building with a luxurious ambience. The 50 square meter apartment combines the nostalgia of the old town house with modern living comfort. Real wood parquet and high ceilings with indirect light as well as the matching modern furnishing details provide a very individual atmosphere. All pictures were shot by us and mostly reflect our Greece trips. The apartment has TV and radio; High-speed Internet via Wi-Fi is included in the rental rates. Of course you will find towels and a hair dryer in the modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances (Villeroy & Boch, WMF, etc.). parking: The side street offers free parking. There is a private parking for 15 euros per night. komplett complete The apartment is located in the heart of Leipzig's city center. The renowned street, "Karli" is within walking distance of the building as well as the Johanna and Clara-Zetkin Parks. There are two stops right outside the front door and the city center is just a road crossing away. Perfect location for all concerns. Parking is possible in the side street, where almost always a place is available. Despite the good connection, the apartment is very quiet, as the windows go to the courtyard. Please wash dishes before leaving and throw garbage into the garbage containers in the courtyard.

The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Während meinen Reisen um die Welt vermiete ich meine gemütliche Stadtwohnung zwischen dem Zentrum Leipzigs und dem Clara-Park. Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

Ich biete hier das neu renovierte Apartment unseres Sohnes an. Er nutzt es aus beruflichen Gründen nur noch selten. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage von Markranstädt. Man erreicht mit der Regionalbahn das Zentrum von Leipzig in 16 Minuten. Zur Erholung ist man in wenigen Minuten per Rad am See. Einen Abstellraum für eure Räder könnt ihr gerne nutzen. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon möglich. Ich begrüße euch auch gern persönlich, wenn ich in der Stadt bin.
