Op onze prachtige boerderij, gelegen op landgoed De Roermolen, bieden wij een kleine studio aan! De studio is onderdeel van een nieuwbouw project, waarbij de oude schuur gerenoveerd is naar woning met drie kleine appartementen onderin. Omringd door natuur, wilde dieren die in de bossen wonen zoals reeën, wasberen, vossen maar ook onze eigen bijen, is dit een zeer unieke locatie om heerlijk af te schakelen! Geniet van de onder andere de Jabeekse bossen, Schinveldse bossen en Brunssummerheide!

Het huis ligt op loop afstand van hartje Sittard waar aan de Markt allerlei gastronomische eettenten en bistro's met gezellige terrasjes te vinden zijn. Loopt u het Pieterspad of bent u op fiets-toer door het mooie Limburgse heuvelland, dan is dit de uitgelezen plek om een tussenstop te maken. Ook voor het bijwonen van optredens die in zaal Volta gehouden worden, is dit adres op loopafstand. Wielerwedstrijden bijwonen in het Du Moulin park/uitrusten na een enerverende Kennedy mars deelname.

The B&B with a story near the Brunssumerheide.

Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

Entspanne dich in diesem ruhigen Naturparadies direkt am See – das Wasser erreichst du in weniger als 20 Schritten. Perfekt zum Angeln, Radfahren und Entspannen in der Natur. Zur Verfügung stehen ein Paddleboard, ein Schlauchboot, zwei Fahrräder, Sportequipment, ein Gaming-Zimmer und ein hochwertiger Beamer für gemütliche Filmabende. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
