The apartment is part of a residence complex of 6 apartments and is located in the settlement of Agios Nikolaos. It’s the middle right apartment. There is a cozy living room equipped with a smart TV and an air conditioner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The visitors can enjoy the view from the balcony or have a barbeque in the front yard. You can access the central square of the village by foot in three minutes,where you can find all kinds of shops.

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.

Sea front apartment on the first floor. There is a double bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in together with the kitchen. Air conditioning and wifi. Only steps down to our private beach. 5 minutes away from Agios Nikolaos, a great central spot to explore the beauty of Sithonia.
