Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Πρόκειται για έναν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο χώρο ο οποίος στο παρελθόν έχει υπάρξει ιστορικό κτήριο που λειτουργούσε ως Χαλκιδιο (παλιό σιδεράδικο). Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία η οποία διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενα υπνοδωμάτιο και ενα μπάνιο,καθως και 2 κλιματιστικά σε κάθε χώρο του σπιτιού.
