The house is located is on one of the premier streets in the neighborhood. You can visit Downtown, The Short North, Italian Village, OSU all within a 5-10 minute drive. The newly built carriage house was designed specifically to create a warm, inviting and stress free experience for my guests. Bonus-There is easy on street parking.

Rustic Treetop Apartment w/ Off Street Parking

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

This space (filled with natural sunlight) has been created for guests to enjoy a stay in Historic German Village and Art @185 also features local art, displaying works from Open Door Art Gallery, adults with disabilities. This charming, 1 bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need to feel right at home.
